Slope VIXY (CFD sul Vix) – Ideato per fare trading sugli etp derivati della volatilità come il VIXY, il sistema appartiene alla famiglia dei sistemi trend following. Il cuore del sistema è basato sulla misurazione della pendenza di una media mobile (di qui il nome slope) e prende unicamente posizioni corte (short volatility) cercando di sfruttare la persistenza dei movimenti ribassisti su questa tipologia di sottostanti. E’ utilizzabile su diversi time frame, sia daily che intraday, e le posizioni aperte possono essere portate overnight, fintanto che il trend non inverte direzione. Le posizioni aperte vengono gestite sia tramite stop loss monetari che attraverso trailing stop.

The heart of the system is based on the measurement of the slope of a moving average (hence the name slope) and takes only short positions (short volatility) trying to exploit the persistence of bearish movements on this type of underlying. It can be used on different time frames, both daily and intraday, and open positions can be made overnight, as long as the trend does not reverse direction. Open positions are managed both through monetary stop losses and through trailing stops.
